4 and a half days left...

Almost time to head back north! We are still doing last minute packing and sorting, but we are almost done. We were only able to make it to the beach once this summer, but plan to go to the beach a bunch in Okinawa. I have to share this pic because the boys are so cute. Love how Ben is such a good big brother.

Shortly afterwards, David stuck his whole head in a sandcastle. Maybe I should rename this blog "adventures with david" :)

Saying Goodbye

We have sold our cars, soon the movers come and Ian is finishing up all his projects at work. Reality is hitting that we are almost done with our 4 year duty station in North Carolina. Two deployments, two kids, road trips, time in North Dakota, hellos and goodbyes made up our memories of the past 4 years. But we are so excited for our next adventure to Japan. Hopefully Ian will have more time with us at this duty station.
